Further strengthening its presence in the Texas market and capitalizing on the nearshoring boom in northern Mexico, Stotan Industrial is advancing its logistics strategy through the Port Laredo Trade Center, a complex that will feature three state-of-the-art buildings.
Recognized as the largest project in the company’s history, Stotan Industrial has acquired a 70-acre site in Laredo, Texas, just 9 miles from the World Trade Bridge. The development will offer 936,600 square feet of premium industrial space, adaptable to the needs of users, primarily in the logistics and manufacturing sectors.
“Stotan Industrial is excited to deliver the Port Laredo Trade Center. Laredo’s strategic location and unparalleled cross-border infrastructure place it at the heart of the growing trade between the United States and Mexico. Our project will provide much-needed modern logistics space to support Laredo’s continued rapid growth,” said Bobby Patterson, Vice President and Texas Market Officer at Stotan Industrial.
With projects spanning Texas, Florida, and Ohio, delivering innovative solutions to emerging logistics market demands, the Port Laredo Trade Center stands as Stotan’s largest project to date, with an investment exceeding $100 million.
