New industrial complex for small and medium companies in San Luis Potosí

Located in the municipality of Mexquitic de Carmona, adjacent to the Metropolitan Area of San Luis Potosí, the Mexquitic Industrial Complex will offer 28 lots in its first phase, all equipped with basic services including water, public lighting, sanitary and storm drainage, paving, urban equipment, and private security.
The project's directors emphasized that it is designed to provide Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with competitively priced spaces and logistical advantages, enabling them to be part of the region's development.
They highlighted the location's advantages and opportunities, stemming from the municipality's growth in recent years, as well as its direct access to Federal Highway 49 and the North Perimeter Ring Road.
Furthermore, they are considering the installation of a solar park and a wastewater treatment plant, promoting a sustainable and environmentally responsible project.
