The 25th Annual South Central Texas Manufacturing Trade Show & Conference will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Freeman Expo Hall B in San Antonio, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers, and industry leaders for a full day of business connection and sector insight.
Organized by SAMA, the event is designed as a platform for companies seeking to showcase capabilities, explore new partnerships, and connect with decision-makers across Texas’ manufacturing ecosystem. The 2026 edition is expected to gather more than 170 exhibitors, over 1,500 attendees, and six speakers and presentations, reinforcing its role as a key regional meeting point for industrial growth.
A regional platform for manufacturing connection
The trade show will feature companies across aerospace, automotive, electronics, sustainable manufacturing, logistics, technology, and industrial services. For exhibitors, the event offers direct access to a targeted manufacturing audience, creating opportunities to generate leads, present solutions, and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
For attendees, the conference provides a concentrated view of the technologies and practices shaping manufacturing competitiveness, from automation and robotics to artificial intelligence, workforce development, operational performance, and supply chain efficiency.
Agenda focused on execution, growth, and talent
The program will open with “Execution is the New Strategy: Turning Vision into Results at Speed,” led by Billy Ray Taylor, CEO and President of LinkedXL, who will address how manufacturers can translate strategy into measurable results through alignment, accountability, and execution-driven systems.
Additional sessions include “Manufacturing Growth Playbook: Government Contracts, Exports & Cybersecurity,” with participation from experts representing CyManII, Southwest Research Institute, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and UTSA Small Business Development Center.
