Pharr EDC Foundation Invites Business Community to Annual Charity Golf Tournament

The Pharr Economic Development Corporation Foundation (Pharr EDC Foundation) will host its 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 13, at the Tierra del Sol Golf Club, located at 700 E. Hall Acres Rd.

The event will bring together business leaders, local officials, and community members in a space dedicated not only to sports but also to advancing education and local talent.

Funds raised through the tournament will be managed by the Pharr EDC Foundation to provide financial support for young students pursuing higher education, helping to build a better-prepared future workforce.

“Supporting education is one of the most important investments we can make as a community. This tournament unites leaders and partners committed to the future of the next generation,” said Dayonna McKinney, Executive Director of the Pharr EDC Foundation.

Víctor Pérez, President and CEO of Pharr EDC, reaffirmed the corporation’s commitment to advancing the economic and social well-being of Pharr families, not only through attracting investment but also by creating opportunities that improve quality of life.
