Pharr Dedicates October 24 to Recognize Manufacturing Contributions in South Texas

In an annual tribute to the industry and the workers who drive the sector in the region, Pharr, Texas, will commemorate Manufacturing Day on October 24 each year.
In a city ceremony, featuring key participation from the Pharr Economic Development Corporation (Pharr EDC) and the South Texas Manufacturers Association (STMA), the date was officially designated to honor the region’s manufacturing industry.
This celebration also reflects the city’s commitment to attracting new businesses, creating training programs for professionals, and providing learning tools for students focused on industrial processes. The event aims to further establish Pharr as a manufacturing leader in South Texas.
