Pharr Boosts Development with “Industrial Manufacturing Warehouse Summit”

The Pharr Economic Development Corporation (Pharr EDC) announced the “Industrial Manufacturing Warehouse Summit,” an event that will bring together business leaders, investors, and industry experts as part of Manufacturing Month activities.

The event, scheduled for Tuesday, October 7, will provide attendees with key tools and information to establish and expand industrial operations in the city. Participants will include financial institutions, developers, permitting specialists, and representatives from business development organizations.

“The Industrial Manufacturing Warehouse Summit is designed to give companies the tools and connections they need to thrive in Pharr’s growing industrial sector,” said Víctor Pérez, President and CEO of the Pharr Economic Development Corporation. “From networking with industry leaders to learning practical steps for doing business locally, this event provides valuable opportunities for both manufacturers and developers.”

The agenda includes presentations by strategic partners, specialized sessions on financing and development services, and networking spaces aimed at connecting business leaders with lenders, developers, and local authorities.

The event will take place at the Pharr Development & Research Center, located at 850 W. Dicker Road, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
