Park Ohio inaugurates its Plant 4 in Coahuila

The Park Ohio company inaugurated Plant 4 for the manufacture of rubber and plastic auto parts in the International Industrial Park located in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, where they will be generating more than 1,000 jobs.

In his speech, the Director of Operations in Mexico, Jaime Chapa, and Jack Ehretsman, President of Park Ohio Molded Products , highlighted the corporate commitment to maintaining labor development and social responsibility with the community.

In addition, to highlight the vision of cutting-edge technology and vertical integration for the development of their products, which will allow them to continue growing in this region.

Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, governor of Coahuila, highlighted that this is the 23rd company that has been advertised in the state so far this year, adding that two more will be announced this week: in Saltillo and Torreón, due to the trust placed in the entity by the qualified labor and security that predominates in Coahuila.

“Today we appreciate Park Ohio's decision to continue its expansion projects here in Coahuila; it strengthens in a very important way the economic program that we carry out, in a framework of mutual support between authorities, businessmen and workers ”, he asserted.

This event was also attended by Francisco Saracho Navarro, Secretary of Education of Coahuila; Alma Reyes, manager of floors 2 and 4; Antonio Rodríguez, president of the International Industrial Park , as well as representatives of the Private Initiative and personnel from the Park Ohio plants .
