Novotech Aeropuerto Park to strengthen the SMEs market

Grupo Si Now
celebrated the opening of their new Novotech Aeropuerto Industrial Park, in the
municipality of Colon, as an expansion of the model seeking to consolidate the
Tier 4 sector or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Mexico.
This new park
is located on a strategic area for investors since it is an area with a rich
infrastructure area: it is located four minutes from the Queretaro
Intercontinental Airport, and four kilometers from the Ferroparque de
Queretaro, as well as Kansas City Southern de Mexico. Moreover, it is in the access route between
San Luis Potosi and the Estado de Mexico.
On the other
hand, the area houses institutions dedicated to the development of science and
technology as the Universidad Aeronautica en Queretaro (UNAQ,) the National
Center for Aeronautic Technologies (CENTA, by its Spanish initials,) as well as
the Arkansas State University campus Queretaro.
“We are on a
partnership time. We are not a
competition, we are a complement – therefore – we came to facilitate spaces of
one thousand square meters for companies that need to be next to Aerotech,
Bosch, Magna,” among others said Jose Carlos Gonzalez Macias, regional director
of Grupo Si Now Century 21.
In this 15
hectares space, works have started of seven companies of different activities
among which are Somoplast, Supplytec and LinkedIn. It has a total of 104 industrial lots, of
which 7 thousand square meters have been commercialized.
It is worth
mentioning that only two states in Mexico have an aeronautic industry which is
Queretaro and Coahuila. In the entity,
as part of the Center-West Alliance, it is expected economic growth of 4.2
percent.
Only in 2018
were settled 32 investment projects for more than 5,300 million pesos, which
meant a generation of more than 14 thousand jobs within the automotive sector,
aerospace, home appliances and of food, said Mario Ramirez Retolaza, secretary
of Labor, in representation of the State governor, Francisco Dominguez Servien,
during the opening ceremony.
Likewise, he
said that according to data from the Mexican Social Security Institute, insofar
2019 have been registered 25,788 jobs in Queretaro, a figure that will continue
growing thanks to investors’ confidence.
For the rest of the year, expectations are high, as the arrival of 30
investment projects and the generation of 13 thousand jobs it is estimated.
In this sense,
the municipality of Colon, with the installation of the Aerospace Cluster, has
perceived foreign investments from around the world including companies from
Germany, France, Japan, the United States, Canada, and China, from the
aerospace and automotive sectors like Bosch, Safran, Brose, Bombardier, and
Magna. This way, Novotech Aeropuerto
contributes to SMEs are incorporated into Tier4, to integrate the last economic
chain with complete spaces that already have all utilities. Grupo SiNow Century 21 offers its investors
playing with different business models, as besides property land sales, they
make available the construction of an industrial building, leasing or comprehensive
advisory.
These property
lands can be separated with 50 thousand pesos, by monthly payments of 35
thousand pesos plus a hitch of 250 thousand pesos. At the event, Jose Carlos Gonzalez announced
that the square meter pricing in Novotech Aeropuerto will cost 1,999 pesos.
Grupo SiNow
recently expanded its model of Novotech Parks in Guanajuato and San Luis
Potosi.
