Mapal-Frhenosa establish in Queretaro with millionaire investment

With an investment of 50 million pesos the company of Mexican-German origin, Mapal-Frhenosa celebrated the opening of their first plant in Queretaro.

 “That plant is the culmination of the visionary dream of Dieter Kress which was having world-class facilities in the heart of the country to fulfill with a continuous and growing demand our customers with better services, higher presence and proximity,” said Lazaro Garza Davila, general director of Grupo Mapal nationally, during his participation.

Since his arrival to our country Mapal Mexico has showed an important growth in the last 10 years, allowing them have direct presence in more than 10 cities of the country.

Garza Davila added “the manufacturing industry has been one of the main growth and development engines in the country, this encouraged and motivated us in joining the effort, thanks to the support from the Government of the state of Queretaro in 2018 Mapal Mexico opened its doors to offer highly specialized services in the center part of the country.”

As Mapal is world leader on its sector regarding development, they have took the task of replicating in Mexico the same processes used on their plants located in Germany; “since its opening in our plant in Mexico we are seeking to fulfill and sustain the same efficiency and quality rates of our parent company,” the national general director of Grupo Mapal explained.

“Today we can say we are proud of working in a company with high standards, the principle is the effort, the work, constancy and values we practice every day, the most important capital of our company is its people, among engineers, technicians and managing personnel we sum more than 120 people who as the tools we manufacture, work with precision,” he said.

Before ending Garza Davila confirmed the commitment of Mapal Mexico with the Queretaro industry, assured that they will continue working in their personnel development and specialization, “we firmly believe that technology and specialization, are key to compete on a global economy, therefore in Mapal Mexico we continue being prepared to face the challenges and opportunities the country and region show us,” he said.

Likely, Jochen Kress, president of Grupo Mapal Globally, said “we have invested about 50 million pesos, which have started giving profits.”

Meanwhile, Francisco Dominguez Servien, governor of the State of Queretaro, said that the academic sector of the entity has the capability of offering more than 3,600 engineers each year, suitable to serve the specialization needs advanced manufacturing plants need, quality that provides certainty to businessmen around the world.

“Figures support high levels of confidence generated by Queretaro on you investors, only in the period January-November 2018, the manufacturing of machinery and equipment in the State produced almost 12 thousand million pesos; a year before, in 2017, this sector contributed with more than 45 thousand 800 million pesos, to the Gross Domestic Product in the State,” he underlined.

At the opening ceremony were present Jochen Kress, president of Grupo Mapan Globally, Siegfried Wendel, global sales director; Lazaro Garza Davila, general director of grupo Mapal Nationally; Francisco Dominguez Servien, governor of the State of Queretaro; Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, secretary of Sustainable Development in the State; Jose Luis Aguilera Rico, secretary of Labor in the State, in addition of customers, business partners and collaborators of the company.

 Mapal-Frhenosa is a company dedicated to the manufacturing of cut tooling for the automotive and aerospace industry; it belongs to Grupo Mapal, which has more than 5 thousand employees globally and bills more than 700 million euros per year.
