Taylor, Texas celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of Phase 1 of the Gradiant Technology Park, a transformative project led by iMarketAmerica, Inc. Designed to accelerate technology-driven growth in Central Texas, the development represents a significant investment in the region’s future workforce, industrial capacity, and global competitiveness.

The ceremony brought together state and local leaders, including representatives from the Governor’s Texas Economic Development & Tourism Office, the Taylor Economic Development Corporation (TEDC), Williamson County, and organizations from the Republic of Korea. Their participation underscored the broad coalition supporting the park’s long-term success and the strategic vision behind this multi-phase initiative.

A Project Positioned to Transform Central Texas

Phase 1 of Gradiant Technology Park marks the beginning of what is expected to become one of the region’s most forward-looking technology and industrial developments. Led by iMarketAmerica, Inc.—in collaboration with its global partner iMarketKorea—the project focuses on creating advanced infrastructure that will attract high-value industries and support next-generation innovation.

The park is designed to strengthen Taylor’s position within the Texas innovation corridor, providing companies with access to emerging technologies, specialized facilities, and the region’s rapidly expanding technical talent pool.
