Beverly Loftus, Chief Operations Officer of Harlingen EDC, emphasized that Harlingen, situated in Texas's Rio Grande Valley, offers a competitive edge for this industry thanks to its robust infrastructure, skilled workforce, industrial real estate development, and amenities that ensure a high quality of life.

At the event, Loftus represented Harlingen EDC in partnership with Team Texas, an initiative of the Economic Development Organization that promotes new business opportunities and investment across Texas.
