The City of Edinburg, through the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (EEDC), participated in Expo Potosí Industrial 2025 with the goal of strengthening ties with the business sector and Mexican investors, promoting the business opportunities the city offers.

“We aim to build connections beyond borders and present developers and Mexican investors with Edinburg’s potential,” said Jeffrey Salcedo Cantú, International Business Development Manager at EEDC.

During the event, representatives from the Texas city held meetings with companies interested in exploring its strategic location and competitive business environment, opening new collaboration discussions for the coming weeks.

With its infrastructure, business climate, and proximity to major international border crossings, Edinburg is positioned as a key point for foreign investment.

EEDC reaffirms its mission to build economic and commercial bridges with Mexico, strengthening regional integration and binational industrial expansion, and driving shared development opportunities that attract capital and innovation to both sides of the border.
