Edinburg EDC Hosts Holiday Event to Strengthen Business Ties and Celebrate Economic Growth

For the second consecutive year, the Economic Development Corporation (EDC) of Edinburg, Texas, hosted its traditional holiday celebration, an initiative that highlights the importance of collaboration among business leaders, real estate developers, chambers of commerce, and local authorities toward the growth and economic development of the city.
The event, which brought together dozens of attendees, provided a networking space, facilitating strategic connections among participants. Attendees also enjoyed a variety of food and beverages provided by local businesses, showcasing the region's culinary creativity and talent.
Raudel Garza, CEO of Edinburg EDC, expressed his gratitude to the participants, emphasizing the fundamental role these partnerships play. “We thank each of you for being here, for being our strategic allies, and for helping put Edinburg on the map in different regions,” he stated.
The holiday event also recognized the dedication of the EDC Board of Directors, whose support has been instrumental in solidifying Edinburg as an attractive destination for investment and job creation.
Ramiro Garza, Mayor of Edinburg, also highlighted the contributions of the EDC members. “All the actions taken and the economic promotion reflect their commitment to strengthening the business community, but most importantly, the actions that bring comprehensive benefits to our region,” he concluded.
