COSTEP highlights South Texas innovation at Texas Venture Fest 2025 in Laredo

The Council for South Texas Economic Progress (COSTEP) took part in the Texas Venture Fest 2025 – Laredo Edition, held at Mile One, joining leaders, investors, and innovators from across the state to celebrate entrepreneurship as a catalyst for regional development.
