Industrial automation and efficient material handling have become essential factors for increasing productivity and competitiveness in manufacturing plants. In this context, PowerBuilt Material Handling participated in the South Central Texas Manufacturing Trade Show & Conference, where it presented its comprehensive solutions for advanced manufacturing and industrial automation.
During the event, Eli Hilbert, the company’s West Coast Key Account Manager, explained that PowerBuilt’s participation in the expo aimed to strengthen relationships with manufacturers in the region and connect with new clients in the industrial sector.
“We are here exhibiting and networking with manufacturing companies from San Antonio and South Texas. We already work with many of them, but we are always looking to meet new OEMs and companies arriving in this region,” he said.
Turnkey solutions for material handling
PowerBuilt Material Handling specializes in the design, manufacturing and integration of customized material handling equipment, offering complete solutions to optimize industrial processes.
“We are a turnkey integrator. We design and manufacture mechanical equipment, and we also develop all automation internally, from controls to implementation,” Hilbert explained.
This approach allows the company to deliver comprehensive projects for manufacturing plants seeking to increase operational efficiency and modernize their production lines.
Strong presence in the automotive industry
The company currently works mainly with automotive companies, from original equipment manufacturers to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, while also serving industries such as appliances and heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
“Our main market is automotive; we work with virtually every final assembly plant in the United States, as well as many of their suppliers,” he highlighted.
Although the company has a national presence in the United States, it also develops projects in Canada and Mexico.
Robotics and autonomous vehicles, a focus of innovation
Hilbert noted that one of PowerBuilt’s priorities is to remain at the forefront of technology, especially in areas such as industrial robotics and autonomous vehicles for manufacturing.
“We are focused on next-generation technologies, particularly automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots, AGVs and AMRs. We work with the leading manufacturers of these technologies and handle all integration, programming and implementation,” he explained.
These solutions allow manufacturing plants to optimize internal movements, reduce times and improve operational safety.
Technology for the future of manufacturing
PowerBuilt Material Handling’s participation in the South Central Texas Manufacturing Trade Show & Conference reflects how automation and intelligent material handling are redefining the future of manufacturing in Texas and North America.
