The VYNMSA Grill Master Class event was held again this year in Querétaro, Guanajuato and Nuevo León, after not being able to take place last year as a result of the pandemic.
It is an annual meeting, organized by the developer VYNMSA with which it seeks to bring its business partners and clients closer together, "in an informal and relaxed atmosphere," explained Jesús Cantú, Marketing Manager at VYNMSA.
He explained that this event arose in 2018 and is part of a disruptive idea that seeks to generate coexistence and strengthen relationships between the main actors of the industrial community.
“It is also a showcase to get closer among partners and learn about the projects that each one has and in the future, make a business deal. We are pioneers in this type of event, since industrial developers are normally identified as a sector with established protocols, so we decided to do it in a relaxed and camaraderie way so that our partners get to know each other in another facet and can feel more confident and close. ”, He said.
The meetings were held in three locations: Agua de Santos, in Querétaro; at La Terraza Jardín, in Guanajuato; and at the facilities of the Mexican Grill Society of San Pedro. During the three events, more than 150 guests in total learned the best techniques for preparing prime cuts on the grill.
"In this event we coexist and give a space to our strategic allies so that they know that they have our support and closeness, especially in these uncertain times," he commented.
The Tijuana chef, Josué Villalvazo, a member of the Mexican Grill Society, was in charge of sharing the advice on the preparation and cooking of the cuts to those present. Among other tips, he offered details on the temperatures in which the different cuts should be cooked, the time they should spend on the grill, as well as the ideal seasonings for each of them.
The diners, turned into grill apprentices, seasoned meats, prepared sauces, grilled different cuts and even “flipped” tortillas.
The event was attended by brokers and directors of real estate firms such as Colliers International, Keller Williams, NAI México, Market Analysis, Mex Rio Commercial Real Estate, Newmark, Citius AG, Grupo Prodensa, CBRE Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Tauro Bienes Raíces y Avalúos, America Realty, Realty World, Estate Capital, Next Step, Rex, Terra Bufete Inmobiliario, Prodensa Select, JLL, KS Bienes Raíces, among others.
In addition, the events were attended by members of foreign chambers of commerce and industry, such as the German, Spanish, French, Brazilian and Canadian, and institutes such as the IMEF, representatives of index, directors of associations for the promotion of foreign investment and other independent firms .
Finally, Jesús Cantú, Marketing Manager of VYNMSA, mentioned that the series of events is part of the culture in innovation that VYNMSA lives, not only in the commercialization of industrial real estate spaces, but also in each of the activities within the organization.
