Tech Mahindra acquired DigitalOnUS  and DevOps to increase hybrid cloud offerings for its enterprise customers globally.

Thus, the company of Indian origin, Tech Mahindra, obtained a 100% stake in the organization to strengthen the cloud native development, hybrid cloud infrastructure and the automation of Site Reliability Engineering.

It should be remembered that, in 2019, DigitalOnUs opened offices in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, after starting its presence in Mexico in 2015, in the city of Monterrey.
