Pharr International Bridge Truck Expo 2026 to Bring Transportation Industry to Edinburg

The 3rd Annual Pharr International Bridge Truck Expo will take place on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas, bringing together companies and professionals from the trucking, logistics and international trade industries.

Organized around networking, innovation and business opportunities, the event will provide a meeting point for industry stakeholders to showcase products and services, explore new technologies and strengthen connections across the transportation and cross-border trade ecosystem.

The official event program includes a truck showcase, job fair and trade sessions, as well as CDL enrollment opportunities, raffles and other activities for attendees. Admission to the event is free.

The expo takes place in one of Texas’ most active cross-border trade corridors. The Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge connects U.S. 281 with Reynosa, Tamaulipas, and serves industries including automotive, energy, technology and produce. According to the bridge, more than 120,000 commercial trucks travel northbound and southbound through the port each month.

Opportunities for companies to participate

Businesses interested in gaining visibility during the Truck Expo can participate through several sponsorship and exhibition packages.

The Corporate Sponsor package, priced at $2,500, includes a 10x20 exhibitor booth, semi-truck display space, branding on event screens and promotional materials, a full-page advertisement in the Expo Book, event recognition and social media exposure.

Additional participation opportunities include a $1,250 Title Sponsor package, $750 Booth Sponsor package, and $500 Booth Sponsor package in the overflow area. A single $2,000 Exhibitor Badge Lanyard sponsorship is also available, featuring the sponsoring company’s name or logo on lanyards distributed to exhibitors.

Through these participation options, companies serving the transportation, logistics and cross-border trade industries will have an opportunity to present their capabilities directly to professionals operating within the South Texas–Mexico commercial corridor.
