Majestic Realty and Pharr EDC Begin Construction on MasterBrand’s Expansive New Warehouse

Majestic Realty, a development firm, together with the Pharr Economic Development Corporation (Pharr EDC) in Texas, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new MasterBrand warehouse at the Majestic International Trade Port industrial park in Pharr.

This warehouse, designed to support logistics services, will span one million square feet and is being developed by Majestic Realty in collaboration with Pharr EDC.

The inauguration ceremony highlighted the significance of this private investment and the growth and development opportunities it brings to the logistics and manufacturing sectors in the region. Local authorities, business leaders, and representatives from companies involved in the project attended the event, including Peinado Construction, Downs Design Solutions, Cardinal Industrial Real Estate Services, and Artemis Real Estate Partners.
