Bayer will invest 1,000 million pesos in its Lerma plant

The Bayer de México company announced that it has investment projects for 1,000 million pesos for its Lerma plant , located in the State of Mexico.
During a meeting with Alfredo Del Mazo Maza, Governor of the State of Mexico, Bayer representatives in Mexico announced that, during the next three years, this global company will allocate said investment in the comprehensive improvement of this plant, seeking to maintain its technological features , avant-garde and innovative, in order to improve their productive capacities, create jobs and consolidate their presence in the entity.
With this, the Lerma Plant will achieve its objective of becoming a strategic center for the company's consumer category, which strengthens the vocation and industrial capacity of the municipality.
Bayer is a socially committed company that promotes development through corporate responsibility actions, in addition to the fact that during 100 years of presence in the country it has earned the respect of Mexican families.
Bayer de México is one of the main subsidiaries of the consortium worldwide; with a presence in nine entities, where it employs more than 4,500 people to manage the pharmaceutical, health and agricultural science business lines.
The presentation of the investment projects was attended by Manuel Bravo Pereyra, president and CEO of Bayer de México; Pablo Peralta García, secretary of state Economic Development; and Oliver Brüemmer, general manager of the Bayer Lerma Site.
