The City of Pharr, Texas, continues to consolidate its position as one of the fastest-growing logistics and trade hubs in South Texas. CIL Capital Development Solutions announced the construction of a new 100,000-square-foot facility at Queenstown Park to serve Robinson Fresh, a global leader in fresh produce sourcing and supply chain management.

This new addition marks another milestone in Pharr’s ongoing industrial expansion, reinforcing its strategic location and world-class infrastructure that support the region’s binational commerce.

Driving growth through logistics innovation

The upcoming Robinson Fresh warehouse, currently under construction by CIL Capital, will be a state-of-the-art logistics facility designed to enhance cross-border operations between Mexico and the United States. The project will expand capabilities in volume consolidation, inventory management, repackaging, and delivery services for retail and food service clients, strengthening Pharr’s role as a critical gateway for fresh produce and commercial trade.

According to Víctor Pérez, President and CEO of the Pharr Economic Development Corporation (Pharr EDC), this investment reflects the city’s strong business climate and strategic advantages. “Each new project contributes to bringing jobs, investment, and long-term opportunity to our community,” he noted, emphasizing Pharr’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive economic development.

A logistics hub for the future

With this expansion, Pharr continues to build an ecosystem that connects industrial development with logistics excellence. The city’s infrastructure, proximity to Mexico, and business-friendly policies make it an ideal destination for companies seeking efficiency and reliability in their supply chains.

The arrival of Robinson Fresh to Queenstown Park further demonstrates how collaboration between the public and private sectors is shaping South Texas as a center of trade, innovation, and growth.
